We offer nationwide shipping within the United States. Due to the delicate nature of live animals, shipping to international locations is not available at this time.

3. Delivery Timeline
Kittens are generally ready for delivery between 12-16 weeks of age, depending on their health and development. Once your kitten is ready for travel, we will coordinate the delivery date with you. Typical delivery times range from 1-3 days after the kitten is scheduled for transport. We will keep you updated throughout the shipping process and provide tracking information for your convenience.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the shipping service used. The total cost will include the flight or ground transport, an approved travel crate, and any additional health documentation required by the state of delivery. We will provide a detailed breakdown of all shipping costs before finalizing the sale.
5. Health and Safety During Transport
Your kitten will receive a pre-travel veterinary examination to ensure they are healthy and fit for travel. They will also be accompanied by all necessary health certificates required for shipping. We take every precaution to ensure your kitten's safety during transport, and the shipping provider follows strict guidelines for the humane and comfortable handling of live animals.
6. Kitten Pickup Option
For buyers who prefer to pick up their kitten in person, we offer the option to collect your kitten directly from our location. We encourage personal pickup as an alternative to shipping when feasible, as it minimizes travel stress for the kitten.
7. Delivery Upon Arrival
Upon receiving your kitten, we recommend that you immediately take them to a licensed veterinarian for a wellness check within 72 hours. This is to validate the health guarantee and ensure that your kitten is healthy after transit.
8. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery deadlines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, flight cancellations, or other travel disruptions may delay your kitten's arrival. In the event of a delay, we will notify you immediately and work to reschedule delivery as soon as possible.
9. Shipping Refunds
In the rare case that a kitten is unable to travel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will either reschedule the shipping or issue a refund for the shipping fees, depending on your preference.
