At Maine Coon Kittens Nest, the health and well-being of our kittens are our top priority. We take great pride in raising happy, healthy, and well-adjusted Maine Coon kittens. To ensure your peace of mind, we provide the following health guarantee:
1. Veterinary Care and Health Screening
All of our kittens receive a thorough veterinary examination before going to their new homes. They are up-to-date on vaccinations, deworming treatments, and any other necessary medical care. Each kitten will come with a health record documenting these treatments.
2. Genetic Health Guarantee
We guarantee that your kitten is free from any life-threatening genetic conditions for the first 12 months from the date of purchase. Should your kitten be diagnosed with a hereditary or congenital condition during this period, we will offer a replacement kitten of equal value, subject to availability, or a refund based on the veterinary diagnosis and documentation.
3. Health Guarantee Upon Arrival
We guarantee that your kitten will arrive in good health. You are required to have your kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival to validate this guarantee. If, during this initial exam, a serious health issue is discovered, we will either replace the kitten or offer a full refund, provided written documentation from the examining veterinarian is supplied.
4. Ongoing Care
While we guarantee the health of your kitten at the time of sale, it is the buyer's responsibility to continue proper veterinary care. This includes keeping the kitten up-to-date on vaccinations, parasite prevention, and maintaining regular check-ups. Failure to provide appropriate care may void this health guarantee.
5. Exclusions
This health guarantee does not cover common or treatable conditions such as fleas, ear mites, respiratory infections, or other minor illnesses. Additionally, we are not responsible for any illnesses caused by exposure to other pets, environmental factors, or failure to adhere to proper care recommendations.
6. Return Policy
If for any reason you are unable to care for your Maine Coon kitten, we encourage you to return the kitten to us. We do not offer refunds beyond the health guarantee period, but we will work to find the kitten a suitable new home.
